Xinxiang Ever Great Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, it was founded in 2014, it is a young advanced technology roll forming manufacture, which is led by advanced technics. Since the company found, all the technicians are working hard. At the same time, we have gotten the technique and idea helping from USA, Italy, Canada, Finland and domestic university. Above all reasons that we have become our Chinese top roll forming line manufacturer now, who is very professional in high speed, high precision, complex sections and special profile industry. Currently the quality and strength of our products represent the highest level in China, especially our new profile products.

The company was founded in 2014, complete employee number is 22. Within the employee, we have 2 mechanical engineers, 1 mechanical technician, 1 electrical engineer and 1 program engineer. Without these engineers, the other people is worker. Although our team of engineers is young, our technical level and professionalism are very good. Everyone in the team is good at absorbing and drawing on the advanced technology in the current industry and continuously transforming it into our equipment.

◆Our Service

Pre-Sales:

Make the good communication with different client and confirm the actual requirement, finally prepare and send the formal quotation file. If both parties accept everything, so the contract can sign, order machines' accessories begin to machining.

On-Sale:

Keep the communication with final client and consider different suggestion or opinions. If the machine change has not influence the price, we will amend the machine part in time; if the change part needs to add price, we will contact with final client and give suitable description. Finally, both parties make the agreement for it.

After-Service:

When we get the machine trouble information from final client, we will think about it and give reply within 24 hours. If the machine is still in guarantee time and the machine trouble is not caused by final client part, we will supply the new accessory freely in time; if the machine guarantee time is finished, we can supply the new accessory, but final client needs to pay it. Of course, we will give the much reasonable price for our client.

If final client has operation problem, we will ask our engineer or technician make calling with client and let them know how to make the correct operation.
